'999' - THE NUMBER OF THE ALBUM RELEASE DATE
Following several meetings with numerologists and clairvoyants, the good people at Wobblebottom records in their infinite wisdom have changed the release date for the brand new album to 09.09.09 (or the 9th of september 2009).
The album, you will probably be aware by now will feature the first original recorded material for over eleven years and due to the running time of a few of the 'epic' tracks looks likely to contain 9 songs, with the title track clocking in at around 9 minutes long...
Definately a spooky number 9 thing going on here we think.
Apologies for another delay for those who thought the release was now getting close.

Rare footage of the 1993 "Zima Junction" tour in Germany filmed on Neil's 8mm video camera has recently been uploaded to Youtube. The song is the classic set opener "Swamp Thing".
In the early nineties a few years after THE CHAMELEONS and THE SUN AND THE MOON had gone their separate ways, Mark Burgess was determined to find the right musicians to go out and tour Europe, USA and the UK one last time playing mostly CHAMELEONS material.
The line-up for the german tour was
MARK BURGESS (vocals & bass) (ex-chameleons/sun & moon)
NEIL DWERRYHOUSE (space echo guitars)
YVES ALTANA (guitars)
JOHN LEVER ( drums) (ex-chameleons/sun & moon)
The reaction from the German audience at the end of this classic live set opener speaks for itself......
